2.1 General
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through www.beyondtech.co.uk unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We supply products to individual consumers, businesses, resellers, system integrators and other commercial customers.
Different statutory rights may apply depending on whether you purchase as a consumer or a business.
2.2 Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, technical specifications, images, compatibility information and availability.
However, product specifications, packaging and images may be updated by manufacturers without prior notice.
Customers should ensure that products are compatible with their intended equipment and applications before purchasing.
If you require assistance with product compatibility, please contact us before placing an order.
2.3 Pricing and VAT
Prices displayed to UK customers on our website include VAT where applicable.
The applicable VAT amount is shown separately during checkout.
Delivery charges are calculated and displayed before payment.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error affects an order, we will contact you before accepting or fulfilling the order and offer the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel without charge.
2.4 Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.
A contract is formed when we expressly accept the order, including through dispatch confirmation.
We accept payment methods displayed during checkout, which may include credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers.
Card payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We reserve the right to decline an order where payment authorisation fails, products are unavailable or lawful fulfilment is not possible.
2.5 Delivery
We currently provide UK delivery services through DPD and Royal Mail.
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and charges are shown during checkout.
Orders for in-stock products are normally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates unless a guaranteed service has been expressly agreed.
We will inform customers of significant delays where reasonably possible.
Consumer delivery rights under applicable UK legislation remain unaffected.
For further information, please refer to our Delivery & Returns page.
2.6 Consumer Cancellation Rights
Consumers purchasing eligible goods online generally have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving their order, without giving a reason.
After notifying us of cancellation, consumers normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Refunds, return delivery charges, deductions for excessive handling and applicable exceptions are governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations and other relevant consumer legislation.
We will reimburse the original standard delivery cost where required by law.
Consumers may use the cancellation form provided at the end of this page, although its use is not compulsory.
For return instructions, please contact sales@beyondtech.co.uk.
2.7 Business-to-Business Purchases
Business customers are not automatically entitled to the consumer 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.
Returns of unwanted goods by business customers require prior authorisation and are subject to the applicable agreed terms of sale.
Special-order or non-cancellable, non-returnable products may be subject to additional terms disclosed and agreed before an order is accepted.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
2.8 Faulty or Incorrect Products
If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.
We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2.9 Product Warranties
Certain products may be covered by manufacturer warranties.
Warranty duration and conditions vary by manufacturer and product.
Manufacturer warranties are additional to, and do not replace, statutory consumer rights.
Please contact us if you require assistance with a warranty claim.
2.10 Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
For business customers, any contractual limitations of liability are subject to applicable law and any separately agreed terms.
Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.
2.11 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights applicable to the customer.
